• Does not include any exclusives or limited files. I want to make sure those buying limited files are truly getting a limited design.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

• Input your email address. In 24-48 hours, I will send a link to a Google Drive holding non-exclusive seamless designs made in 2023.
• Designs are digital downloads.
• NO physical items will be sent.

LICENSING:

• Personal and Small Business Commercial License
• This license allows unlimited usage for small businesses. Please message me for extended licenses/large businesses (10+ employees).
• You are allowed to print physical items for sale (fabrics, shirts, water bottles, blankets, stationary etc.)

NOT PERMITTED:

• The design MUST NOT be altered in any way by the buyer. 
• The buyer MUST NOT resell or redistribute the design to anyone else in digital or physical form, or claim that he/she designed it.
• Designs MUST NOT be used for Print on Demand sites including but not limited to: Spoonflower, Redbubble, Society6, Zazzle, Amazon, etc.

PRINTING: 

• Colors may vary depending on the type of fabric printer.
• Please print a sample to ensure colors turn out as desired.
• I cannot be responsible for printing errors.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

• Refunds or exchanges are NOT available for digital designs.
• If you are not satisfied, please contact me.

By purchasing this listing, the buyer understands and accepts TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If the buyer breaches this agreement, it will be reported to and legal actions might be taken.
